General information

Secretary's Office

There will be a registration desk at Hotel Club Eurolido on Wednesday June 17 from 7.00pm to 8.00pm and on Thursday June 18, from 8.00am to 9:00am. The registration will be held each day half an hour before the beginning of the sessions and during the coffee breaks.
Conference registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, conference kit, name badge and invitation to the Social Dinner.
All participants are kindly invited to get the conference kit at the Secretariat Desk and wear personal name badge during the scientific sessions. A daily information board will be put up at the Secretariat Desk with up-to-date messages for participants.
Help can be obtained at any time by the members of the Organizing Committee.

Conference program

The Conference takes place at the Hotel Club Eurolido, Falerna (CZ), ITALY. It begins on Thursday June 18, 2015 at 9.00am. For a detailed program, see the timetable.

Conference rooms

The opening session and the plenary lectures will take place in the Sala Diamante of the Hotel. Invited and contributed talks will take place in Sala Diamante and Sala Corallo of the Hotel, according to the timetable.

Poster room

All posters will be displayed in the conference coffee break room. During the working coffee - from 4.45pm to 5.40 pm - participants can meet and discuss with poster presenters.

Internet point

Two free Internet Points will be available for participants in the hall. Further accesses can be requested at the reception of the hotel.

Speaker information

Oral presenters should bring the presentations on a USB storage device at the room ( Sala Diamante or Sala Corallo) where their lectures will take place. The presentations will be loaded during the coffee or lunch break before each session.
There will be a laptop in each session room.
If a presenter needs an Internet connection for his talk, he should notify it during the registation.
A laser pointer will be provided in the registration packet.

Information for poster Presenters

Posters must be brought to the registration desk by the presenting author(s) who will receive instructions about where and how to hang it.
Posters should be no bigger than 50 cm wide and 70 cm high.
The presenting authors are requested to be available at their display board during the poster sessions, to discuss their works with interested persons.

Deadline for paper submission

Full papers for possible publication should be sent before October 15, 2015. The expected date for final acceptance is November 15, 2016.

Certificates

Certificates will be inserted in the conference kit.

Social events

Fully registered participants and invited speakers are kindly invited to the Social Dinner, that will take place at 8.30pm on Friday June 19 in the Restaurant of Eurolido Hotel.
Accompanying persons should register for the social dinner at the cost of 50 euro.
